Very pretty ball. Hangs from the top. We have see through stretch cord at top right now. The ball's hoops move to your desired width. The frame is made of plastic and attached at either end with metal screws/bolts. There are around six lights that are not lit up/may need new bulbs. This is a used vintage item. The frame is in good condition. The cord is in good condition. Please see pics for details. The ball measures 10" T x 10" in diameter. It weighs 7 ounces. It will be shipped via USPS. All small items are sent within 1-3 business days (so excluding weekends and holidays) with tracking and are packaged carefully to make sure your item arrives to you safely.
