A back to school furniture essential. This homework/school desk and chair is sturdy, compact and fully adjustable to grow with your child. Made of wood and metal with a wipe clean laminated top. The desktop can be at a drawing angle or flat with the kickstand under the lid. There is ample storage space under the desktop and the seat swivels left to right. A great Industrial, Mid Century Modern or Country Chic kids room furniture piece. There is no makers mark that we can find. The metal is painted a battleship gray. The desk top is a laminated faux oak enclosed in an aluminum frame. The seat is solid wood. The bottom and structure are made of a heavy metal. The desk top opens on hinges to allow the top of the desk to open up for plenty of storage. The desk is 24" W x 18 1/2" D x 6" T. The seat is 14" W x 14" T and the seat slab and back slats are approximately 5/8" thick. Both seat and desk height are adjustable. No notches so you just slide the pole and tighten wherever you want them. The lowest the seat can go is approximatetly 10" from the top of the seat to the ground. The lowest the desk can go is 24" from the top of the front of the desk to the ground. The highest the seat can go is 15" from floor to the top of the seat and the highest the desk can go from the front top of the desk to the floor is 31". There is a gradual slope from front to back of the desk top which runs approximatetly 4" so when the desk is at it's highest, 31" in front, in back is 27" from floor to top of the desk. You can make the desk top a flat writing surface with the kickstand pictured on the underside of the desk lid/top. Overall its measurements are 24" W x 31 1/2" D. It will be disassembled into three pieces (seat, desk and frame) for safe delivery with instructions to reassemble.
