Rare antique chair. Bentwood legs, back rest and seat to back accent pieces. The seat and is layered with the top layer being quartersawn oak. The backrest and leg structure are solid oak. This chair is special. The seat is curved as indents were legs would rest. A very unique and rare find. Overall the chair is in very good condition for its age. It is structurally sound and a very well built chair. The finish is a golden pecan, or an orangish brown color and somewhat consistent and smooth. The veneer is raised and has imperfections indicative of age and use. This chair definitely has character and a worn rustic feel. It would make an amazing addition as a kitchen, dining, accent or desk chair. It measures " W x " D x " T. The top backrest will be unscrewed for safe and economical shipping 4 screws to re-assemblie.
