It is a rolling chair. The wheels glide smoothly and with ease. The upholstery is high commercial vinyl and woven fabric. The finish is gray on the metal with green upholstry. The base is very stylish and two toned with the original hooded wheels. The upholstery is in good used vintage condition with some wear to finish. There is are splits in the vinyl along the seam of the outer right and left arm. The metal has some missing paint and scuffs/scratches in spots indicative of use and age. The chair is 23 7/8"W x 32 1/2"T x 21"D. The seat is 19"T from floor to the top of the seat. The base diameter is 28". The seat will be unscrewed from the base for safe and economical delivery. Four screws to re-assemble.
