Beautiful antique chair with shapely Queen Anne style front legs, paddle back rest and faux leather seat. It is made of oak. Overall the chair is in very good condition for its' age, so most likely has been refinished (see pics for details). The finish is an orangish brown consistent and smooth. The faux leather seat looks to be original and has wear at top and a bit of splitting-wood underneath. Definitely has character and a worn rustic feel. It would make an amazing addition as a kitchen, dining, accent or desk chair. It measures 17" W x 19" D x 37 1/2" T. (The seat is 17" W at front edge and 16" D)
