The structure of the chair is metal and has been painted a champagne gold color (not original factory paint). The finish on the metal is worn in some spots indicative of age and use. (see pics for details) It has chrome trim on the legs. The wheels are hooded and painted the same champagne gold. The wheels still glide with ease. The fabric is a brown industrial grade vinyl on the seat and backrest. All of the fabric is in good vintage used condition. There is a 1/2" split in the chair and a repaired wear spot/hole on the right hand side of the slip covered back rest. The seat height is adjustable, as is the back height. The back is spring-loaded for comfort. The seat is 17" W x 14" D. Tge backrest is 14" W x 10" T. The height of the chair at its tallest is 20" T and easily adjusts by holding the cup above the base and turning the seat. The base diameter is approximately 17" x 17".
