This desk is very unique. We love the seat! Not often do you see a kids desk with this frame with this seat. The shapeliness and tubular bars make it so unique. These desks are such a space saver. Perfect for apartments and small spaces due to its compact design. The seat and desk height are adjustable to grow with your child. Swivel Seat. metal is painted a powder tan. The seat is painted a similar color to the desktop. It is a cream/tan color with brown speckles. It is made of a composite material and finished with a hard surface. The desktop is made of plywood and has a pretty formica faux wood top. The finish is worn on both the seat and metal, which we think add to its character. The desktop is a split top which means the pencil tray is stationary when top lifts to reveal the inside compartment. The desktop has a kickstand so it can be slanted it level while writing or doing projects on it's surface. The desk top measures 24" W x 18" D. Pictured it is 28" T from top front of desk to the floor. The base is 21" W in front 15" W in back and 27" L from front to back. The seat is 13 1/2" W x 14" D. Pictured it is 27" from top of backrest to floor and 14" from top of seat to floor. It will be disassembled in three pieces; desk top, chair and base for safe and economical shipping. Very easy to reassemble and we will provide instructions to do so.
