A very unique piece with large wood desk top and seat that swivels left to right and also had a hands free mechanism that allows your child to scoot up and move back. The desk also has an uncommon feature of being able to be placed in an elevated and easle back for drawing! (The back sets up 4" from the front and rest in the front on two rubber stops.) Such a space saver. Perfect for apartments and small spaces due to its compact design. The seat and desk height are adjustable to grow with your child. The seat swivels and can be slid forward or backward which is a very nice feature not available on many desks. Definitely a great feature. The metal is painted a powder tan. The seat is a pecan stain and varnish color. The desktop is made of plywood with a formica faux wood top finish. The seat is wood with a natural wood finish. The finish is worn on both the wood and metal, which we think add to its character. There are scratches, mars and dings to the wood and metal indicative if years of use, movement and storage. The metal has surface rust. It will be disassembled for safe and economical shipping into three pieces; base, seat and desk top. Very easy to reassemble and we will provide instructions to do so. The desktop measures 24" W x 20 1/4" D. It will be shipped via USPS or Fed Ex Ground. Whichever is most economical. If you have a preference please let us know at check out.
