Handsome brandy display. Made for footed miniature brandy stemmed snifter glasses. Mid Century Modern design. Most likely made by the Decatur Industries group in the 60's. The wood is Walnut. Gorgeous routing on the top and bottom edges. Perfect circles at top for stems. Tapered hourglass pillars to hold second tier. Brass colored metal circle with opening. Complete with dark brown felted bottom. A very solid and structurally sound piece. The wood and finish are in very good condition. There is a nick in the 2nd bottom oval on the left of the display 1/4" square and some tiny nicks around the edges at the bottom. The metal ring is securely attached and has finish loss indicative of age and use. It measures overall 5 1/2" W x 11 1/2" L x 5" T. The ring is 4 3/8" diameter on the inside. A 4 1/4" jar would fit nicely inside of it. From the bottom of the oval at the bottom of the pipe rack through to the top of the second tier is 4 1/2". It will be shipped via USPS.
