This pulley is made of steel. It is structurally sound. The wheel still moves freely. There is surface rust throughout on the pulley. It measures approximately 7 1/2" T x 3 1/2" W x 1 3/4" D at the loop above the wheel. The groove in the wheel is 3/4" W groove is about 1/4" D. The measurements of the top of the pulley opening is 3/4". Great for practical use or country, farmhouse, industrial décor. It will be shipped via USPS. Combined shipping available.
